Putter Key LLC – Returns & Refunds FAQ

 

1. Can I return my order?

Yes! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

 

2. Are there items I can’t return?

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Clearance or final sale items

 

3. How do I start a return?

  1. Email us at sales@putterkey.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return the item to the address on the packing label.

  3. Send the item back within 30 days.

 

4. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we’ll cover it.

  • If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

 

5. What if my item is damaged or defective?

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll replace it or refund you — no extra cost.

 

6. How long will my refund take?

  • Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Bank or card processing times can vary, so it may take a few extra days to show up in your account.
